It’s the title for me if it’s a certain channel that I like. if it’s a random video, I click based on the thumbnail. I usually don’t even notice the release date until I scroll through the comments and it’s full of “who got this on recommendations in 2021?”

None of my friends liked my most favorite groups so I wanted to see if there was a group here that liked them but seems like there’s not a lot but I also don’t wanna keep talking about them cause people might get annoyed and then end up hating on my groups because of me :D

I remember titles for all but sometimes the bsides and especially the titles of those can be a lil foggy. I don't pay attention to the names of songs as much

For the groups that I follow and generally stan more, yes. Other than that, no. But I will most likely remember their title tracks and their best, most memorable b-sides.
Makes sense. I mean I remember the songs but not the song names unless they really made an impression or it’s easy to remember haha

welll what had happened was i bought their albums and then mnet had an autographed one for sale which they sometimes do so i'm like cool i'll get the version id idn't get than i went to my local store to get their first album and right there on the shelf lookin at me was the other first album autograph version and i went how much and they told me $40 and i said sold...and ig ot a free poster with it lol

it can be a burden sometimes
we dont have infinite space in our brain so sometimes you might remember a less important thing over a more important one
anyway i think its also got a lot to do with the fact that ive been into kpop for so long
i stanned most groups when they were really active and listened to most songs when they dropped and remembering the feeling of first listening to a song or album and watching its impact on the scene REALLY helps remember it for a long time
binging doesnt help in this way
Ahh that makes so much sense! It’s like when you get a whiff of something and it just takes you back to that random memory from 10 years ago of being in kindergarten and fighting for a cubby hole lol

atleast 3 4 albums of exo bts snsd and loona
a good 70/80% of aoa and 2pm's
a lot of other iconic bsides from groups i dont stan
and of course atleast a few hundred good title tracks from various groups, most of which are pretty old by now though
and a good album here and there like ikon or miss a
dont think its that special though
its less a matter of dedication and more just having good memory
