Blackpink, Twice, Red Velvet, Mamamoo, Oh My Girl and Gfriend all had some summer hit but none of the can be called summer queen.

HYBE now has 4 boygroups (including pledis too) and will have a Japan boygroup and Western boygroup soon. Also many people are sure there is another boygroup TraineeA which will debut; not to mention Seventeen's junior bg too. Now they have ended Gfriend; i think they will launch atleast one gg every year. Soumu and i-land gg are known; how many else there are ; what do you think?
Right now they have 5 boy groups not 4 (Bts,Txt Enhypen,Nuest,Seventeen) plus other 4 that will debuted soon: one in Japan, one in America, one under big Hit next year (probably the TraineeA) and one under pledis.
So because they need to debut so many group i think they will only have 2 girl group: one under source Music and the other through i-land

I see. Well, to be completely honest, I feel like people are jumping to conclusions way too fast. The mv isn’t even out yet. Of course people can have their opinions, but I just think the hate Itzy is receiving isn’t okay. I’m not Italian, so I really can’t say if it’s wrong of them to use the concept or not, but I don’t see a problem with it. They aren’t claiming to be part of the mafia gang, and they aren’t going around saying it’s okay to be a mafia. But yeah, that’s just my opinion.
Me too i dont think itzy should get hate for it, but users in threads should be careful to not spread lies or make jokes of serious topics.

I don’t understand why this is problem? The mafia concept has been used so many times by so many different people, but once Itzy uses it, it’s a problem? I have yet to hear that an Italian person is offended by this. From what I’m reading, some people’s family whom are Italian are not bothered by it. So, I really don’t get why this is such a big deal. If it is, I’d really like to know why, as I am highly confused.
The problem is that in the song they say "im the mafia, do like mafia" and they probably dont understand that mafia is a criminal organisation born in italy that killed and hurt many families. It exist even today. So saying do it like mafia is making it pass as something positive when it shouldn't be portrayed that way.
Other film or even dramas like Vincenzo at least show that is a crime and that they are bad people while a song whose chorus repeat "Im the mafia" "do like mafia" is portraing mafia in a positive light.

they are 3rd gen, 4th gen start in 2018.
the boyz are called 4th gen because they debuted in December 2017 and were counted for 2018 rookie award.
Every other group that debuted in 2017 is 3rd gen.

Its feels like everyone is saying she should debut solo because all IOI groups didn't do well but aside from Daniel none of Wanna One soloist are doing well if se talk about music only.
Jihoon, Jaehwan, Seongwoo, Sungwoon and Jisung all lost hype and no one talks about them anymore. Also thier sales are always going down with each comeback and they never charted well.

Daniel is the most popular and the one who sell the most but its less relevant than before.
All the other are selling less and less with each comeback and there isn't hype for their comebacks.
Jihoon and Seongwoo are also actors and they are doing well with their acting career.
NUEST are a really popular group in Korea while AB6ix and CIX are not, especially CIX because of the one year hiatus. But none of them is doing good internationally.
Jisung just returned from military.
Kuanlin is doing drama in China and is in a lawsuit with Cube, plus last year had some scandal.
Sungwoon and Jaehhwan are probably more known for the hosting and variety than for the music. But they also do many OST.

I dont count AOA as 3rd gen since they peaked with 2nd gen gen in 2014-2015 when the first 3rd gen girl group were debuting. Basically for GG the start of 3rd gen was 2014

- Ioi this low because they have less than a year of activities but they were doing amazing
- WJSN they have sales like 100k for each album and have a big Chinese fandom
if we don't count ioi then dreamcatcher or april is 10

- Wanna One if they weren't a temporary group they would have been 3rd
- GOT7 they sell alot and had many hit like just right, if you do, hard carry and lullaby
- NCT they sold 1 million last year and in a couple of year they could be in top 3
- Winner good charting and album sales
- Nu'est very known and loved in Korea after produce
- Monsta X good sales and big international fandom
- Ikon not so high album sales but they had some hit
