I never expected Weeekly's After School to basically take on a life of its own, long after promotions for it ended 2 weeks ago.
Put it this way, After School MV is getting 1 million plus daily views and trading places with all the legends and big names of Kpop in the Top 10 of Kpop MV daily views.

If we go by the number of likes = measurement of engaged/committed fans gained, then Weeekly has the 4th most gains in committed fandom. Hopefully that will be reflected in their next comeback's album sales.

I agree with you.
Popularity should be evaluated by geographics: Korea and International.
For popularity in Korean, the metric used should be K-Charting.
For popularity Internationally, the metric should be Spotify.
Just because a group charts well in Korea doesn't mean they are popular internationally and similarly, just because a group is doing well on Spotify doesn't mean they are doing well in Korea.
Also, album sales don't necessarily translate to gaining popularity, but it definitely means they gaining more committed fans.

I voted Jihan but I think OP missed out a real gem in Jihan's bandmate, Weeekly's 1.73m tall Giant Maknae Zoa, who has great personality and great facial expressions and acting ability.
