It’s common knowledge companies will delay comebacks when more popular artists have things going on. Not saying this is the case in this situation.
I mean, even BTS was asked to delay their comeback as to not overshadow Korea’s presidential election.

this was the weverse notice. It doesn't mention We are Bulletproof as the name. Just "new album".
also normally when bts official announce the name and stuff it'll also sometimes specify the type of album (like full or mini etc) and than the time/date when pre orders start
