Which company has the best background dancers?

I would have to say YG Entertainment has the best background dancers. They have X Academy going on, which is an entire program dedicated to dancing.

Feel free to disagree, but from what I've seen, YGE is no joke when it comes to the dance department. You can say the groups themselves don't have the best choreographies, but the background dancers are excellent.
