well normal that they aren't doing well
when :
1. the album was delay a lot of time it was suppose to be really much earlier, people pre order it for SM to cancel it again and again and then dropped it out of nowhere
2. they dropped an album and didn't do any promo for the album

I like their japanese comeback more than korean comeback but i never get what SM wants from RV in Japan, they never cared about Japan, randomly debut them there with no promotions, then don't care about it for some years only to randomly have another comeback too, lets not speak the mess that it was the comeback, being delayed and released like 2 weeks after the korean release.
SM has no idea what they are doing in japan this past few years, they used to dominate in Japan, now groups from middle companies are doing better than them with Hybe and JYP dominating.
