They are so good at treating artists right, with no lawsuits. All idols under SM are treated so fairly, with amazing contracts, so there is no reason to sue. They have the best record. While the rest of the industry super xenophobic, SM is totally not. They definitely haven't shown favoritism to Korean idols, or given Chinese idols horrible, inhumane contracts. SM would never. SM is also totally skilled at making sure their idols don't get injured, and when they do, they don't disregard their health and force them to continue working. They have never done that and will never ever do that. They take perfect care of everyone.
Do you know what else SM is good at? They have always been AMAZING at promoting groups, especially older ones. Fans have not once gotten super bitter because the rookie group got everything while theirs might as well be disbanded. They also know to prioritize these older groups over side projects! SM has never abandoned a group either. They have never once just basically disbanded them without a word to the fans.
SM has never done anything illegal. They always manage to pay their taxes, and nobody was ever wanted by interpol. Additionally, no laws have been caused to be created by them for the safety and humanity of contracts.
And finally, the founder is most certainly sane and should write all of LOONA's discography from now on.
