mods and anon

it probably depends on which mod is approving stuff

because they have the power to do so

arent mods supposed to strictly adhere to rules

arent mods supposed to strictly adhere to rules
Even when rules are in place, people enforce them to varying degrees. To make a comparison, a dress code is a rule, but some teachers enforce it way more than others, even though it is usually outlined relatively clearly and with clear consequences. Similarly, I suspect some mods on here are stricter than others, despite the same rules being in place. Does that make sense? I don't know, I tried my best to explain it. Have a great day/night!

So don't deal with anons and make it on your main

im pretty transparent about my views on main but most of the interesting threads get made on anon these days cause people just love being twofaced
sometimes i can tell from speech pattern its the users with cute uwu profiles spitting venom over there
sadly, you cant even call them out

I guess I wouldn't know. I have Anons turned off to avoid all the cowardice.

Not a straight answer, but deciding what gets posted or not isn't easy I'd imagine. I feel like there will always be people who will be dissatisfied.
I'm sure they aren't trying to look biased or anything like that, but yeah the way people judge and think about things will cause them to judge differently than you and whatnot. I don't think it's purposeful or malicious, and that they are trying their best.
tldr; shades of gray and complexity blah blah blah

well you can check my post history if you think i hide my opinions in main
the only reason i use anons ( and i hate them ) is because that's where all the discussions happen
and whenever i try to mention my name to make it clear im not trying to hide, they edit out that part of the post
and sometimes i see users i recognize saying disgusting shit but if i call them out, it gets censored
but they allow all kinds of disgusting shit to be said against idols they dont like/care about though

why isnt it easy?
just adhere to rules?
even if something outside rules pisses you off, it should be allowed
cause sure as hell they allow a lot of disgusting hate speech against some idols

I never said you don't post your thoughts in main. I know you do.
I just thought the only way you could know of censorship is if you also tried to post in Anon and those posts didn't go through.
I now know it works differently than that, so my apologies for that insinuation.
I do agree with bunnyviolet that it sometimes has to be hard to know what to allow through and what not to. There could also be mods cleaning up things they thought would be fine but actually blew up in a negative manner that they didn't forsee.
(again, I don't know what this "hate speech" looks like, because I don't go to wretched hives of scum and villainy)
It's hard to please everyone, or know how everyone will take something.

Rules are sometimes up to interpretation and can be enforced to varying degrees of strictness.
Like in that wonderful uniform example YouChanDoThis was talking about! :)

If it's just a opinion they should allow it. But everyone had their feelings and bias. Maybe try to submit again and if another mod accepts it?
