Lisa and bambam are not fluent in English

Not fluent but she has a good grasp of the language.

We all know only Jisoo is fluent

I think that speaking another language is a huge challenge and sometimes you do get nervous, specially if you aren't that used in speaking the language. Learning and practice are two totally different things.

She is soooo cute

She more fluent than other people who think they are fluent in another language

Alot if not most folks in SEA tend to mix their own native tongue into an English sentence so it takes a conscious effort to keep that out.

Lisa is fluent enough to converse with others in English and she understands english very well.

I think comparing her fluency to Key would be good maybe? Like they're both pretty good but not quite fluent yet imo, they feel more comfortable with their native language regarding certain topics/expressions and may not be able to fully express themselves in english, whereas with their native language they would have no issue. Idols who I would consider fluent that didn't just grow up in an english speaking country where it's obvious they would be fluent (like Tiffany, Mark, etc.) are Wendy, Jaehyun, Taecyeon, Chungha, etc. They were all born in Korea but became fluent through immersion. I think Lisa would have a really easy time becoming fluent if she lived in America for a while, but at the moment I don't think she's quite there yet.

I think she had gotten better and has a grasp of the language but I wouldn't say she is fully fluent though you can tell she is more comfortable speaking in Korean than English.

I think she is good enough maybe proficient is the right word if you watch past interviews it looks like she still struggles a bit like when she addressed the cultural appropriation issue.

I think the word is "proficient". Basically, good enough to talk comfortably with someone in English but not fluent enough to get grammar, syntax, diction correct and pass as a native speaker.
