NCT Dream x HRVY - "Don't Need Your Love"

NCT Dream collaborated with British singer HRVY for a song SM as a "synthpop with an acoustic guitar sound and a rhythmic beat." The song is in English and Korean.

Due to conflicting schedules with 127, Haechan does not participate here.

This song was the 13th single of this 16-song SM Station season.

Description:

This is a bright pop song with a slightly tropical feel to the instrumental. This is slightly similar to "We Young" with its bright energy and vocal flourishes.

Taeyong - "Long Flight"

Released July 18, 2019 / Member: Taeyong

NCT also finished the season with Taeyong's first solo.

Although Taeyong had previously appeared on two songs, he had never done a song alone.

He had also not sung on his previous songs, which he does here. He also co-wrote this song.

SM described the song as a "hip hop song with analog flick sound, expressing the emotions of a long flight in a dreamy atmosphere." Taeyong explained that he liked to fly long distance but know some did not and that the song could express the joy of this travel for others.

This is the first of Taeyong's long solo partnership with the Royal Dive production team.

This is the second most streamed Neo solo/duet on Spotify.

This song was the last single of this 16-song SM Station season.

Description:

This is a dreamy, mid-tempo pop song with R&B accents. It feels very mid-tempo 90s R&B song, complete with synths and drum machine. This is very similar to NCT 127's "Amino Acid."

SM Station x 4 LOVEs for Winter (2019 SMTOWN Winter)

This season, SM Station x 4 LOVEs for Winter, was described as songs of "winter" and "love." Although four songs were announced and promoted, only three were released, including a promotional song with UNICEF. This season also included a special promotional trailer and photos featuring NCT's Jaehyun.

NCT members, including Jaehyun, also appear on songs in the season.

SMTOWN - "This Is Your Day (for every child, UNICEF)"

The track was released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the UN's World Children's Day and the UN Convention on the rights of Children in collaboration with UNICEF. Proceeds were donated to Smile for U, a children's music education program launched by SM and UNICEF in 2016, and used to support music education programs for children, adolescents and children with disabilities in Vietnam.

BoA, J-Min, Siwon from Super junior (at the time, he was the first UNICEF ambassador to the East Asia-Pacific region from Korea), Sunny from Girls' Generation, Taemin from SHINee, Suho from EXO, Wendy from Red Velvet and Doyoung from NCT participated on the song.

The song was written by legendary songwriter Yoo Young-jin.

This song was the first single of this 3-song SM Station season.
