I don't stan many groups so here my list:
Let me start with the first group I stan, which is Exo as I'm just casual listeners to kpop before. I stan them since their debut and I know they're pretty popular since the beginning but they're once called as the failure in Sm and then Growl happen, which the rest is history.
Second is Bts, I started stanning them in 2014 until now. They have their first music show win with I need U and I following their journey from being accused with sajaegi to sold the most albums and become the most popular boy group in the world right now.
Third is Mamamoo. I stan them since 2015 and until now. They have really great debut especially from group that coming from the small company. Got to immortal song and attract korean fans. And releasing UOAY where they getting more popularity and finally joined Queendom. And they established their place as the top 3 gg in the third gen.
Fourth is Blackpink where I start stanning them right after they debut because Lisa from SEA. They most likely will get popular because of their company and their debut songs was a hit. They getting a lot of hate right after their debut but look at them now become the most popular gg in Kpop. Not gonna lie, I'm done stanning groups from Yg but Bp still have part in me.
Fifth is Iz*one. I know they coming from mnet survival shows and guarantee their popularity but in my defense, I watch the show and was there when people called them flop or the worst Produce group will exist which is very wrong and my girls doing really great.
Still searching for new bg to stan as I almost become gg stans as I will stanning I've and Sakura- Chaewon new group too.
