Def the Grammy - it seems very important to BTS themselves so I want it for them. Also it would be huge in South Korea and that would only have good side effects.
(Personally, tho', the Super Bowl, bc the scale and impact of their performance on the US GP would be INSANE on top of being at least MMA level amazing)

They would get a LOT of backlash if they perform at the Super Bowl. Not worth it.
If they win a Grammy, on the other hand, it will add serious chops to their already very impressive accolades. Regardless of how people complain about the Grammy, it is still the most coveted award by musicians all over the world.
