Tbh I'm not sure about NCT, but I think Mark is the most popular in aespa

Mark is one of the most popular members, but there are a number of very popular members, so I think you'd have to ask this question when all of those members release their solos. (It also depends on where you're looking - some members are more popular in Korea and some more so internationally so it depends on which fandoms come to support.)
