Would you want your faves to be popular in Korea only or international only?

Korea is a small market and cannot sustain any group for a long time, which is why K-pop has been exported to the rest of Asia since the beginning of the second generation. so international

i don't really care as long as they're making enough money to continue doing what they're doing.

Korea first. These idols are Korean, i'm sure they all would rather win the hearts and minds of their own peeps. Imagine local stars, they'd all rather be huge in the US rather than some rando foreign country.

Every kpop idol literally wishes they could make it big internationally, so I would want them to be successful internationally. Pretentious fans act like their faves are soooo much better than internationally successful idols when in fact they just can’t accept the fact their faves are flops that probably can’t fill 5k seat concert halls in Seoul.

I-fanbase is more stable than K-fansbase ,the level of loyality is different
