IU also did block it but ON did peak at #2 on daily only behind Any Song by 6k ULs on Feb 22. After that both IU and Any Song blocked it.

People here had a field day when On was released and they thought it was a sign of BTS' decline and said that BTS wouldn't deserve daesangs and then Dynamite happened. LMAO

The timing of On's release, the confusion with the two mvs were two of the reasons it didn't seem big enough but it brought so many new fans so it did its job pretty well.

Ehhh lots of new people discovered BTS through ON. So yes it did have impact.
