Interesting. Her proportions are unusual even exceeds the Korean ideal standards of small heads but I think it’s a bit exaggerated because of many things. For example she is standing the farthest behind all of them which makes her tiny head even smaller. Besides she is already taller than everyone else without heels yet she is wearing heels adding to her height. She also has big cleavage making her head looks smaller and makes the others look small compared to her except for the head size.

She's 180 cm, so yeah, she's really tall. Her hair is also covering her face slightly, but her head is small compared to a lot of other people considering her proportions, yes. I think Chanyeol is the only one taller than her and with heels she's taller than him (but his hair compensated).
