How much phone data do you use each month?

I have an unlimited plan but I'm on wifi like 75 percent of the time so only use like 6gb a month

I use 50gbs as I don't have unlimited WiFi at home

There is a app on my phone that tells me how much I used and I can book up to 60GB extra each month, but each 4GB kosts 6€ so not really recomendable since the standart 6GB I have are 7€ with unlimited message and unlimited phonecall. And at home it automaticly logs into my router but I spend most time on my laptop anyway (enough time so last.fm sometimes tells me I almost listend to 1 full day of music haha. I mainly just shut my laptop off when I go to the grocery store or sleep)

As I moved and had no wifi in my apartment for some days I used 6GB of data in like 4 days and than since I was a new customer was forced to not buy more than 4 times the 4GB, wich is a weird law so the 16 extra GB only laste me like 8 or so days ... it was shitty cause trought country-laws you can only get wifi around 5 to 7 weeks after you book it, than some guy checks your outlets at home and only like 2 to 6 hours later your router will work. It's easier if you move within the city you are in and allready own a router but yeah I had no private router and moved to a new city so it was a struggle for me tho... I also was almost tempted to purchase a 2nd simcard and than purchase a 2nd wifi-plan just to have enough wifi on my phone but I didn't do it cause you can't just cancle a new bought countract if you don't need it anymore ... and my city also lacks in free hotspots since those you find are expensive to use ... I mean who the F would pay 6€ just to have 1 day of wifi?

I'm happy that I have a router at home and unlimited wifi in my router ... no joke the website where I bought my wifi from gave me really worse options... it is one of those website where you can as example check wich insurance has the best plan for you or wich hotel is the best for your trip etc. and I searched on it for the best cheap wifi and most companies on the list went like "if you use 100GB we make your wifi soooooo slow that you can't even open the browser" and I was like "yeah no..." so I took the only cheap contract I could find that gives me unlimited data, altho it isn't the fastest sometimes

I do most of my internet surfing on my PC,I only really use data when I'm away from home but even then I'll usually manage to find good wi-fi.

I get a prepaid voucher which gives me 28GB a month for $50. It usually lasts me that long if I keep off Youtube and the best part is I'm not locked into a plan and don't have a bill to pay.

I’m on a plan where streaming is free (Netflix YouTube etc) so actually I never use up data. It’s a grandfathered plan that I don’t think exists any more. Kek.

If you use akp on your phone this might explain it. Sigs especially take up a lot of mobile data to load. Or maybe think of any other website like that.

This thread is wild to me because here I pay <$10 a month for 2Gb data Per DAY and unlimited calling. I usually end up using all of it though every day so that's 60GB per month.
