Did you believe in Santa as a kid?

I stopped believing when I was 8

I did, and even after I found out Santa didn't exist I still pretended I believed he did to get extra gifts.

I've always known the origins of Santa Claus/Saint Nicholas, and I felt really emotional whenever someone talked about him and his legend. Very noble story. So I've never believed in Santa Claus as it's believed by most of kids.

My earliest memories of Santa are from when I was about 5 years old and at that point I was already well aware that it was my uncle in a costume.
