The way Gaeul would either be maknae or in the maknae line of any other group

The only group where she wouldn’t would be Kep1er but the age range was random so it doesn’t count

Starship debuted a bunch of high schoolers and a middle schooler if u think about it

I still can't wrap my head around the oldest member of a group being born in 2002.

Most GGs debut very young. Itzy debuted almost three years ago because then they were considered very young too now they're the age of aespa. But Ive is even more young. One of the reasons people suspect aespa will have a new member is because all the members debuted as adults.

I would say most kpop groups in general seem to, but with girl groups, youth and beauty are more essential to their image. But again, I don't know how old boy groups maknaes are right now.
