4th to 5th gen it’s only starting!!!! There still hybe/jyp/yg gg!!

We’re nowhere near 5th gen...4th gen just started.

4th gen is not even three years old yet.

Wanting to invent a 5th gen already so your faves can be at the top of it just trivializes any of their actual achievements they will get.

Let's slow down and appreciate what we have now.

wasn't third gen from like 2012-2017/18 or something? forth gen has only been here for a few years, gotta give it at least 5 years.

i'll let fifth gen happen when new boy groups start to sound more new and refreshing rather than always trying to mimic certain other big groups. xdinary heroes is new and refreshing, but one group isn't enough to switch to a whole new generation.

For me kpop generations have a simple rule.

When most of the oldest members of the new groups coming out are younger than most of the youngest members of current groups, then it's a new generation.

That's simply not true yet for 4th gen.

It's the same reason I don't consider G-Idle to be 4th gen.

I don’t consider Idle 4th gen either. Honestly 4th gen started in 2019 to me. Groups that debuted in 2018 just seem like transitional groups between the two gens.

omgggg Hybe gg w sakura and chaewon or the new YG group, always so talented nwfkjjs. so exciting!! ngl i don't expect it to b the JYP gg,, but im sure they'll still b good. The real question is if they'll be able to overcome Aespa , their power is insane
