False. Maybe some of them might not be as charismatic as some of the previous gen idols, but they're just starting out. Maybe that's what others see and feel, but they falsely attribute it to lack of talent. Give these people time to get used to their career and the judgmental netizens.

I remember previous gens used to do a lot of variety shows as well which is probably what attributed to this but nowadays companies for some reason aren't bothering to have their groups go on variety shows a lot (im not counting the idol centric variety shows like weekly idol since those target idol fandoms regardless) and instead choosing to have their groups only focus on their own variety content.

Actually the 4th gen groups look more balanced. But I still think that the 3rd generation groups are ahead in terms of talent because their dance is not bad, they do choreographies with a certain difficulty above average. 2nd generation vocal talent and vocal skills were very evident. Backtracks audio are not loud, minimum. I know kpop has changed but I think it's bad that the vocals are in the background now.

I love how the main vocal (Seungyoon) and main rapper (Mino) of Winner are both mentioned.

Right? While some like Jennie are born with star power, charisma and confidence can be learned. People are way too hard on others.
