    Its so weird how knetz acts in every single post related to snowdrop, either they hate it or they love it. Snowdrop is definitely going to have a huge rating, doubt though they will cancel it, JTBC already changed the script and the blue house already denied the first massive backlash that was done in march/april, so this is just gonna make Jisoo's career reach a new level

    i honestly don't know what to say about this anymore. knetz should at least watch the first ep before demanding the show's cancellation.

    Yes seems funny and easy to blow off as a forgiener, even more so hypocritical how so many here are quick on the woke train of respect their culture etc, but poke fun at someone else culture and history when it doesn't concern them. This drama relates strongly to our history and many of the things that happened here in Korea, including existing current events that are ongoing indefinitely.


    For those in the west this would be like someone making a tv drama about Nazi, BLM the flyod murder and riots. Something that a huge number of people in your country would be conflicted on wether those events should be made into some tv drama show.


    Try putting yourself in others shoes before you blow something off is pointless.

    Look there are series here in Europe like Vikings or Templars which reffer to known facts yet they are semi-historical because some stories are altered, or fictional characters are added as support characters for well-known historical figures.

    Another thing is Gomorrah, also a tv series based on real life mafia clan Di Lauro (in tv series they are named Savastano), and few other mafia families from Napoli (Naples, Italy)

    Roberto Saviano, writer of a book which documented crimes of Di Lauro clan is on mafia hit list, he has police protection, needed to change identity, lives in different place/country. Also tho tv stories itself doesn't relay 100% on facts because you need to build characters for dramatization etc. they still include many real-life situations like bomb in restaurant, kidnappings, drug deals, as well as 'hideout' of one of bosses - also happened in real life in identical style like they did it in drama.


    For me really it's like overreacting, you should wait, watch 4-5 episodes and then decide and create your own opinion about it.

    Wdym, the west do those shows all the time, like they even use real names and nobody do petitions for it
