Do you consider yourself to have any one of these traits? Arrogance, pride, haughtiness?
Why are you like this?

I learned what the word haughtiness today, so thank you. Yea I see it a lot but tbh I come to a forum to shit talk so I guess you’re right
No I'm not any of these. I consider myself to be a humble down to earth person who was taught by my parents to be that way. I can't stand arrogant people and those who are just up themselves.
That is how Kpop world is. If you are going to play the game, you have to follow the rules, baby.
i don't think anyone is actually like that. being online and talking shit about kpop groups can make people a little temperamental but irl i don't think that's the case.
can you imagine meeting someone and they start bragging about how much the kpop group they like sells? you would think they were unhinged
I can be all of these if u piss me off enough
It goes both ways. Try not to judge people too much as well. It takes a bit of chillin' and not taking some things so seriously.

this.
online no but irl I've been called someone who is stuck up with a lot of pride countless times
I think it's not who I really am but I've had to take on those qualities because if I don't, people will just step on me
well it's two questions: why are people like this and am I?
firstly it's human nature...in life there are limited sources and not enough to go around thus we need to compete with each other for those resources - Survival of the fittest and all that...if one doesn't exaggerate one's abilities/importance once in a while then someone else will
secondly - I will say honestly a little bit...not a lot but a little and I believe that one needs to be a bit arrogant/haughty/proud or even cocky in order to survive in the world...if not then one is going to get walked over by others!!!!
I mean, I might joke about being the best or some shit... but that's just it... it's jokes.
The reality is I have low self esteem and probably anxiety.
I think it's perfectly okay to be confident/proud of yourself as long as you're not using those traits to make others feel worse about themselves. If you can love yourself (in a way that isn't taking away from others) and encourage others to do the same then that's great.
That is what I do anyway. It's always a good idea to have confidence in yourself but if you only ever talk about yourself and how amazing you are then tone it down a bit.
