Probably bcos the song is release so early in the year (in Jan). Lilac has more votes than celebrity bcos it was release a tad bit later (March).

Yeah but rollin has the 3rd most popular votes even though it also started gaining traction earlier before celebrity

Nothing about this is really surprising. votes like these tends to follow whats in the newsmedia during the year. Something BTS ofc dominates, and rollin was a sensation much talked about. Same with aespa.

IU doesnt make much news, her dominating the chart is just expected so it never makes much noise media wise. She would probably generate more news and articles if she didnt top the chart.
