But in same time he seemed like person who would do it continuously if we wouldn't get caught, and he didn't seem to think of it as a crime. It were already multiple victims...

so in my country in those kind of cases we have "Act about Beasts", so when person like that multiple time offender is near end of prison sentence he is then transported to closed psychiatric facility, and stays there to end of his days.

So think about it as if he would kill instead of raping, then he will be serial killer wouldn't he? Then depends on country he would get 25/30 years of even be sentenced for life.

In my opinion when it was proved that it was multiple times then his sentence should double or at least be 7,5 year.
