I don't know if any hackers did it for all we know it could just be a infrastructure issue I'm no expert on KT though. I do like theories but when it's something I know about as little as this I'll wait for more info. Still think the mundane issue of just technical issues works better here though, internet connection seems incredibly complex after all, and the more complex the technology is the more prone to problems it is.
