Basically before it starts, NEO will send everyone the link. Then at the scheduled start time, everyone starts the episode and then we just post in this thread about the show as we watch it.
We're all usually a few seconds off of each other, but it's fun and a good way to get akorns. 
I'll make a thread in Neo City 1h before the watch party starts, send links to everyone who wants to participate and then we press play together and stream while posting/commenting at the same time.
