I go to school but to answer ur question, it's still online

I return to IRL school in a few weeks

In person, since the start of the pandemic.

from home. my old job asked me to go back into the office and i quit.

But then I never left.

When the pandemic first took off, I was living literally 5 minutes walk from the office and because of the nature of my work, we required some people to be "skeleton crew" who would work on site if possible. I volunteered

As the pandemic waned, I moved further away and my organisation started giving people a choice between WFH or on site and I've chosen on site still. I can WFH and do if I have a 6am start so I don't have to wake up at 4am, but all other shifts, on site.

I hate wfh. I live alone and struggle massively from loneliness and isolation, and if I do too many WFH shifts in a row, I can literally go days without seeing another human. It's... not good for me

Our whole department has been working from home for over three years now. Starting this year, all the cubicles and offices are being converted into hotel space.
