the hoops some people jump through to make anything surrounding bts negative. just like how theres some weird "controversy" involving bh staff every other week.

Everything companies do is for money, nothing wrong with that.

So they really bought that place not just rented or have advertising deal? Yeah, they will surely make good money from it later as from the place 'where BTS' foot stepped' and as one commentor said: it's gonna be a good place to use for MVs or photoshoots of company's acts as well.

I am sure that TXT is due for a Soop series as well

I don’t know if I would call it waste per say. Depending how creative their accounting practices are, I am sure they can start writing off costs for business expenses. We have a client that writes off his giant mansion for corporate retreats, seminars, team building outings, weddings, wine tasting parties for clients, guest speaking engagements, political groups, philanthropy groups, visiting dignitaries and the list goes on

are they going to make a countryside hybe museum? they should've bought it before the pyeongchang olympics. they could've made a lot of money.

It's a good investment. They can use it for company retreats, visitor accommodation etc like the user above said. And the value of the property will certainly increase after the show in case they want to resell it.

Isn’t the location supposed to be confidential? Oh maybe since the shooting is over, they don’t mind revealing the place. I wonder if the mansion will be used for tourism purposes. Cos I heard the place where INS 1 was filmed is booked busy since BTS appearance, I guess Hybe wanted to benefit from this rather than third parties.

Fam, I would agree with you on other things but this show when started it was already announced that it intended for all Hybe artists.

They must have said "In the soop" is intended to be for all hybe artist but they didn't say "A mansion that will be created for BTS will be let used by other hybe artists" for sure.

My wish is only that they live upto their own verdict.

I think y'all got tricked by these wordings lol. Maybe this current mansion is for "BTS and only BTS" but after the show they will probably dismantle it and build a different one for other purposes.

Hybe's behavior towards BTS is still questionable for me, I stand neutral between the two sides... also 1.3 billion won is really nothing compared to what BTS can generate even in one month. My only wish for Hybe is that they don't overwork BTS, let them have more free time like this.

I agree. It would be weird if it is just kept for BTS (who might use it only once or twice a year, and the rest of the year empty). It won’t be environmentally friendly and an unsustainable practise. Definitely not in line with what BTS is advocating.

I get that some wants a special place just for BTS but they do have their personal, special, undisclosed place to unwind, I’m sure.

they'll probably use it for a Run BTS episode. Can u imagine a Halloween edition and they put zombies out there in the woods? You can have a whole haunted attraction out there in them fields lol
