Yes and No. Ultimately it will be Gaon’s number but this is probably SM’s number. It happened with Dream where SM tweet they told 2 million, but the Gaon update like 1/2 days later didn’t have them over 2 million.

That just means these are the actual raw sales number from SM, but some of these albums could not even be made yet. They will eventually get shipped and added to Gaon but depending on when Gaon’s updates, it may not be exact.
