The idols themselves should protest on their own
If im an idol and got mistreated by my company, i would poop in front of the company's building and hold hunger strikes for 6 hours at least

It's not that easy for an idol to make a protest even if it is mistreatment especially if you came from a big company. There are many examples, but one of the few that goes public is JYJ's lawsuit when they were still TVXQ members. The company can easily use its influence to make sure the idol is banned from other companies. Maybe the idols should wait until their contract is over first, then the company will not strike them.
