The way I could easily finish this list if I had enough energy to care

And for the 5000th time, the least popular group individually is J-group (AKS there are more individually popular K-girls & C-girls than J-girls), meaning the most popular of the J-group is gonna benefit highly

Yurina, Hikaru, & Mashiro are a wall amongst the J-group, and looks like Yurina is that top girl amongst them. So if there are more options people are interested in amongst K & C group, but everyone is just interested in the limited J groups they’re interested in, then those girls will benefit

not gonna lie. i dont see what makes yurina so popular, and i also dont think sheng xiao ting is idol level attractive + idol level charismatic. and those 2 being the top 2, i dont understand what the gp sees in them.

compare pd101 and pd48's top 2 in the first round its not even close

1. somi - huge fanbase, really attractive and exotic look and great personality

2. sejeong - girls a frigging star from looking at her for 10 seconds

1. sakura - huge established fanbase in jp already

2. ahn yujin - insanely charismatic and also attractive + talented

like both of these top 2's are ahead of their competition by miles and make alot of sense. gp999 is just wtf

They have star quality, talent, stage presence, hard carried for their evaluation teams, have predebut content (Xiaoting being on Produce Camp, & Yurina being an ex member of X21, a Jpop GG)

You not liking them doesn’t equate to an obvious appeal not being present

lol you are just bitter your picks weren't the highest, Xiaoting was even chose as the visual by the other trainees which has seen her in real life at bad and good, if she's not idol material, nobody is, neither your picks

Tbh in my opinion I believe she does she has great vocal stability, and vocals and like you say she is quite charming I find her more than capable to be an idol. but again opinions may vary
