Healthiest Idols?

  • Who are some idols that you believe have the healthiest lifestyles (i.e. diet, workout, mindset, mentalities, etc.)?


    The first that come to mind are WJSN's Cheng Xiao and Dreamcatcher's JiU.


    JiU is really healthy both mentally and physically. She loves cooking and exercising, and is super strong and muscular despite having a tiny waste. Very happy soul and genuine person too.

    Not much to say about Cheng Xiao.... We all know she's basically living Chung-Li. She's also pretty chill and a hard worker from what I understand.

  • Sunny from SNSD. She is chill, lives happily her TV career, does what she wants and she has an healthy body for years.

    Completely agree, with Hyoyeon too. They don't starve themselves and eat the RIGHT amount of food needed for their body unlike 99.9% of idols

  • You can't really see "health". Working out and having a nice body doesn't mean they're having a healthy lifestyle. And even if someone has one, that also doesn't guarantee health.

    We really have no idea what's the actual routine and life of these people, just because they are posting their diets/exercises on Instagram or saying something in some interview is hardly actual evidence.

    People out here saying things like they're these idols physicians or something. :pepe-tea:
