That was just a REQUEST. It doesn't mean he's gonna get it. The prosecutor for Illhoon requested 4 and he got 2. Maybe BI will get a year or 3 years probation. Have to wait until September to see

With the Marijuana use, it’s not like he was a serial user too. BI states that he tried it once and that’s it. Considering BI has no criminal history and was 19 yrs old when he did it, his sentence should be a probation at least or pay the fine
