When you vote on the app, you are forced to vote for 3 K-Group, 3 J-Group, 3 C-Group

Which means each Group gets the exact same amount of Votes

So the question isn't which group isn't more popular, the question is how many stars are splitting that vote in each group

J-Group has Hikaru, Mashiro and Yurina there is a steep drop off in popularity after that

K-Group has Bahiyyih, Yujin, Yeseo, Doah, Dayeon, Chaehyun, Jeongmin amongst others, it is just more packed thus more splitting of the Vote at this point in the competition

C-Group has Su Rui Qi, Cai Bing, Xiaoting and I think a drop off after that, so I think it is more likely there will be a C-Group girl on top than a K-Group girl (until they stop the forced quota vote of-course)
