From what I understood, Hyuna didn't get removed because of a dating scandal, she got removed because she didn't follow along with Cube's handling of the issue. Cube said made a statement about the situation but Hyuna said the opposite the next day. So of course, consequences were to be expected.
About Soojin. When you compare with some messy shenanigans that happened to other groups and idols, I think Cube handled Soojin's case carefully. They didn't have it easy since the scandal really blew up big after SSA involved herself but there's nothing they could do about it. So they kept things simple and straight forward. They arranged meetings between the accusers and Soojin and it's only after no peaceful resolution could be met that they filed lawsuits. And unlike others, they didn't get rejected by the police.

They didn't remove her because of the dating "scandal", they removed her because she embarrassed them and destroyed their credibility. The company issued an official statement denying the dating rumours but then Hyuna went on her social media and confirmed the rumours herself which exposed the company as liars.
This however doesn't change the fact the company is fucked up lol.
