As for promotions, for most of SJ's career they were never prioritised by SM so unless you squint, most of the time you wouldn't notice that the promotions are lacking, unless maybe during Devil/Magic era (SM deadass uploaded all the MV teasers together at once by mistake because that's how much they cared lmao)

Thank God I was already a kpop fan senior when Exo debuted so I enjoyed it when they were all together and came out with a new song basically every month…. lolol.
