We will all find out if anyone has the balls to investigate everything after this case is over with. There's been soo much politics tossed in here that there's no guarantee, nothing corrupt happened along the way. The way this case has been handled and passed around. I would say the decisions are guided by politics and public opinion similar to that chuavin guy in America. No conviction and you have full scale civil war overnight. So they had absolutely no choice but to throw the book at him. Same here in Korea with seungri, he's guilty of some stuff,but we can't be sure he's guilty of everything hes accused of but that doesn't matter, he has to get convicted or else shit will go down
