Why doesn't Sonamoo disband

Sonamoo is under that terrible TS entertainment; aren't they? They also have TRCNG boy group. i also struggle to understand why these companies whose groups don't do well just keep the members under contract forever without any comeback or other activities. Maybe the members are required to pay a not so small amount to end the contract!
Even dia; CLC; many small groups like bvndit and don't know how many else are in the same state. Atleast CLC members have individual youtube vlogs and collabs. And cube is afterall a well known company.

DSP released an official statement on Jan 15, 2016 announcing the departure of Kyuri, Seungyeon and Hara. They didn't mention Kara by name but it didn't leave any doubt regarding the group's fate.
So it's not really the same situation as Sonamoo where most members are still signed under the company but do nothing.
