Have you got vaccine shots?

I got two (pfizer).

I rarely go out regardless of the pandemic, so I wasn't worried for me. However, a huge weight has been lifted because my household is vaccinated. The entire Viet community (in the US) were being morons.

Mask mandates were just lifted last week, so I haven't gone out yet.

not yet but soon since the Australian government is opening vaccinations up

i got the first shot of pfizer last friday

i am not gonna change my behaviour because of it though

They're a bit better about the vaccines, but still not everyone.

I'm still unvaccinated.

The only vaccine available right now is Astra Zeneca which I can't get, because of a pre-existing health condition that ironically also makes me high risk for complications should I catch the virus.

But that's life I suppose.

I have a rare genetic defect that puts me at risk of brain aneurysms and blood clots among other things. Hence why doctors are refusing to vaccinate me with AZ which has blood clots as a potential side effect.

I'd gladly risk it tbh, but sadly this isn't up to me.

BNT is the one I'm supposed to get, but it is currently unavailable as it is being saved for those who already got their first jab.

Moderna has not been approved yet but is apparently intended for the vaccination of school children aged twelve and older so no luck there either.

Been going out a lot lately but still being cautious by wearing mask and not getting right to people because most still aren't vaccinated yet. My friends mostly only have 1 shot and wine be fully vaccinated till August or September

I had my first one a week ago, will have my second near the beginning of September. I got Pfizer.

For my age range (30 and over) they're only offering Pfizer and BioNTech at the moment.

Masks are still required in some shops around my area, plus children aren't being fully vaccinated yet, and I live in an area full for teenagers and children, so masks are still required.

Hasn't really made a difference to me since I still go out when I need to.

But I know some parents at my child's school are refusing to be vaccinated... Which is annoying as were still having case pop up at the school here and there.

I am 29 but i have a chronic illness so i received my first shot in the beginning of may.

nope, never. it could cause heart problems and possibly death and othe issues, even to healthy young people. I would happily take covid instead.

No, I got the Covid some weeks ago so I see no point to get vaccination right now, better to wait maybe half year or a year to get it.

Jokes on you, I already caught the covid and it was even way less painful than regular influenza.

No and I don’t intend on getting them either. I don’t go out that much so I’m not around sickly people, and I don’t even get so much as a cold let alone COVID. It doesn’t stop you actually getting it anyway, just stops symptoms getting worse. I’ve also heard of the side effects in older people.
