I started to learn to love myself. It's a process and there are relapses, but that's how it is.

- Dwelling on negativity
- Spending time on people and things that made me unhappy
- Moping around
I started:
- Appreciating what I have and the simple pleasures of life
- Listening to uplifting music about self-love
- Dedicating more time to fitness and overall self-care

I do not know if I can say for sure I have a soulmate in the getting married to a person sense, I would like to think I have but it is too early to know, but I found my friendship wise twin flames in one of my friends irl and in a couple users on here!
