easy. pop songs like the ones you hear on the radio are very ‘gp friendly’
take bts for example. they released bwl that turned out to be a massive success (their biggest song until dynamite) because it was easy to listen to, enjoy and dance to. the song has a great replay value and its still one of my favorite title tracks by them. then they released black swan and on right after. although black swan was praised for its meaning and lyricism and On for its performance, the songs still underperformed because they weren‘t exactly the type of music a non fan would listen to on the daily. i’ve only watched those songs for their performances, never put them on while driving to work or working out. so that’s the difference i guess
with aespa’s song, it might be experimental and a song you wouldnt expect to do as well as it’s doing but it went viral in korea. the chorus is catchy and the dance move went viral. so gp friendly songs are either songs that are extremely pop-y (dun dun dance, bwl, etc.) or those that go viral for their dance moves (next level, fire, boom boom, etc.)
I feel like that is just a term that some kpop fans made. I think it's referring to songs that are mainstream or easy listening.

Gp friendly songs mean easy to listen to, good melody and high replay value. It has nothing to do with concepts. There can be easy to listen to songs like Fake Love and others which are far from cute concepts.
Also gp friendly songs aren’t always hits just as some hit songs aren’t always gp friendly songs. Next Level is a clear example of non gp song doing well on charts which is rare
And gp friendly song not charting so high is Exo’s dtfl and txt title track. So it’s not a causation that gp friendly song equates to charting high but there is a relationship between gp friendly songs performing better on charts than experimental music
