This is sad..... Some Korean fans didn't even know EXO had comeback...

Most of the K-fandom boycotted it anyways...

Atleast we know now that we have a strong enough international fandom to keep Exo going and still help them break records even with a small special album ..

Even my sister had no idea they had and were having a comeback. I was asking her what she thought of their new song and she was shocked, asking me what I was talking about.

Honestly I only knew about it from reading some threads here but I was surprised my sister knew nothing even though she was a big exo fan years ago.

I don't understand why SM is acting like this about Exo. Exo still sells albums a lot. Sm doesn't really want to make money.

Musically speaking, it helped a lot. They have absolute freedom and control over their music, image and jobs. But the promotions didn't improve at all, I don't know if it's because of the allocated budget or because whoever is in charge is simply incompetent but fans are fed up with it.

Personally I'd still take Label SJ over SME any day since I only care for the music, and it's not like SM put effort into SJ's promotions before anyway.

And people asking 'why is SM like this?' well isnt it obvious? They know that EXO has a dedicated fandom behind their back, who will gobble anything they release. Thats why EXO arent promoted.

Also company priorities....they are making their groups more fandom based.

People are saying the kfans boycotted it, but I dont want to pain them as the 'villians' either. Its hard to beleive that millions would turn their backs. Maybe 1000's. But a whole korean fanbase. Nah Im not going to believe such a claim.
