What you are saying is dumb cause if K Armys by your logic can make a 3 year old song chart even after reform where only ULs decide chart positions then they should have made all BTS songs chart. Why would Armys, who are this powerful according to you, not chart all the BTS songs?

its 2021 and people are still trying to deny Spring Day's numbers and achievements being because korea loves the damn song. The song is less than a month away from its 4th anniversary and people still questioning it is just funny at this point.

It would not be charting on Melon if that was the case and more recent songs from BE would also show similar charting if it was only Armys holding it up. In fact chart reform clearly showed that Armys aren't only ones listening to it.
I don't understand why some people find it so difficult to believe that Spring Day is one of the most loved songs in Korea and its reach is far beyond the fandom. I know BTS having a song which is a gp fave is a bitter pill for many to swallow, even after Dynamite many still cannot accept that the gp likes BTS songs.
But atleast post Melon reform you all should have realised how such assertions that Armys alone make it chart, are illogical.
I know this seems like an impossibility to you but maybe Korean gp likes Spring Day more than that IU song. The song is lyrically heartbreaking and everlasting. Very few songs are the type which everyone can relate with. Spring Day is such a song.
If by normally you mean shallow empty kpop songs, then of course these are out of top 100 quickly.
It may seem strange, but people listen to actual good songs longer. For decades. The Beatles and Queen are still top groups being streamed right now, outstreaming everyone but BTS. Youre going to call that fandom streaming as well?
IU and Through The Night is a good song and had amazing longevity, Spring Day has even better longevity. Longevity and ULs are not tied by a hardcoded formula.

100k increase in 1 month, now there is room for interpretation and imo it shows that most listeners nowadays are frequent listeners that I would define as ARMYs.

Dynamite took weeks to go from 3.9 to 4 million and it's #3.
