That's cool I guess but it doesn't mean much at the end of the day. Some people sometimes work for years on a project and eventually deliver a turd. It happens all the time so it's hardly an argument.

Anyway, my opinion was not meant to prevent anyone to listen to their favorite songs. Everyone has their own tastes. When it comes to mine, these songs are not my jam.

I do not think Ddu-du Ddu-du was part of the eight, as Jennie mentioned back then in 2018 it was nice/fresh to have a song that is new. I don't remember how she phrased it exactly but she emphasized the fact that this song, was new (meaning the others probably weren't)

I more salty about the dropping of the Square series, it would had been so good to go up with an Square 3 and Square 4 then Square up, then moving on into the KTL mini.

I think in the end, depends on which stage they are in. Had The Album didnt have 2 pre release + LSG, we would easily gotten pretty savage MV as bonus. YG has always been stingy with MVs and clearly double title tracks with MVs arent the best strategy for BP as they will split views/streams

And guess what, only boy groups get to complete the whole series, like Big bang's MADE and iKon's debut singles series from debut album (almost all tracks from Welcome Back have MVs and are title tracks)

I'm only salty they only released a small number of songs in their 5 year career (compared to most big groups)
