My BMI is just a tad lower than these kpop stars and my stamina is straight up awful. I wonder how they look so lively and dance so well for hours during concerts and stuff. I dont even know if the breaks are sufficient. Especially idols that give it their all like twice, bts, bp , mamamoo, skz and so on. Besides looking tired on a few occasions they look so lively and have so much energy.
The strained sleep schedules and rigorous performances backed with diets like these seems like a disaster to me.
