LSG probably had more significance to the members than Pretty Savage which was only another Teddy song (even though arguably his best one). And after the pre release of HYLT which was vintage Teddy as usual, I think BP needed to switch things up a bit.

Maybe they should've kept Pretty Savage for re-release. Pretty sure it will be another HUGE hit for them but now it is the hit that got away

I prefer Bet you wanna instead of ice cream, and pretty savage is better single and song compared to hylt.

Yeah I don't know why they went with HYLY rather than Pretty Savage. It might be because of the way the songs end. Pretty Savage ends softly, in a anti climactic fashion, whereas HYLT builds up towards an exciting finale. So they might have thought the latter was more title track material.

And it is. HYLT did wonder for them and solidify them as top GG. Also, the ending went viral on tiktok and facebook. HYLT is also more gender friendly. You cant expect guys to sing im pretty savage (just like LSG wasnt as popular but is well loved within fanbase)

Whilst i think pretty savage can possibly go viral also if it was the title track, i think HYLT generally is the better title track.

However, pretty savage deserves to be promoted and i glad they did. What it need, like FY, is a MV
