They are charting better now because during black mamba they had old melon chart which made difficult to chart. But black mamba is so much better. The original song itself is so boring i don't know how LSM thought to remake it.

Huh? the reform charting was from mid 2020, after that it's been harder to chart for black mamba and next level? if anything this proves people like next level more to listen to it and get it charting faster
I think maybe Next level is probably more for international fans, since the F&F song was so liked already and now aespa added their thing to it, it'll defo go down well

I think maybe Next level is probably more for international fans, since the F&F song was so liked already and now aespa added their thing to it, it'll defo go down well Yes there was melon chart reform in mid 2020 which made it difficut for even popular groups to chart well. Then i think there were lots of consumer complaints because the top 100 chart would remain same all the time no variety. Then they did another chart reform in Jan 2021 i think and introduced melon 24 hits which will track new releases better and i think black mamba charted at #80 after that reform and even won on inkigayo.
