Kingdom 2nd round ranking (experts + self evaluation)

    I know right? The level of emotional depth in that performance was far beyond imagination. It hurts me to see when people simply don't appreciate the difficulty it takes to make deep performance that don't surround surface level concepts. From everything that I've seen from Stray Kids on Kingdom, it's clear that their focus is on making connections with the audience through emotionally engaging concepts, much broader than niche concepts.


    I get that the language barrier might impact this but honestly, I can say with confidence that even if the experts didn't like it, even if the other teams didn't like it, hell, even if Stray Kids didn't like it (which I know is false), I will appreciate and so will a wider audience.


    In the end, the ranking's won't be the factor that decides popularity, it'll be the audience response.

    These three groups have biggest fandoms so they're clearly trying to create fanwars here. I saw an Atiny wishing for Ateez to get 2nd place in Self Evaluation bcoz she was afraid that if Ateez will get first in both they'll get dragged badly. I hope it doesn't happen. Mnet doesn't want these groups to compete peacefully as it's not helping the ratings.

    I want to know what the judges are marking that down on, quite frankly... I’m baffled. Plus their vocals were a lot stronger than the three performances I saw from last week?


    I agree with you though that I think the audience will really get it and will show support accordingly.

    i dont think the drama they create will help the rating in korea , it will just create unnecessary fanwars between intl fans , the rating is higher in tbz, ikon, sf9 ep but barely inexistent only about 0.2% in skz, ateez, btob ep

    we are already getting dragged. People can't read and think we are first in self eval and we aren't


    to be clear: we are first overall, but we didn't get first in self eval this round we tied for 2nd sf9 and btob got first but people are already throwing insults at ateez all over the place.


    all i can say is "stay pressed" ateez are at the top for a reason.

    That's true too. I loved their perf though, even just the starting 30 secs won me over, it was a great perf so they deserve their ranking.

    lol for the first two performances stray kids and the boys didn't make my top 3 and they did well in the rankings. While this time around they are in my top 3 and they somehow are bottom 2 here.

    Anyways BtoB are clearly the best group on the show, all the 3 times they have ended up in my top 2. Ateez were somewhat close to them after the first 2 performances but today BtoB showed their dominance on this show.

    So I'm starting to think that last in the self evaluation may not be a "no one voted for you" thing and just a "last gets no points" thing.


    If every group has a week where they end up in last or Mnet allegedly screws them over, does that mean the show is actually fair? :/
