Why would it cost them least? Do you see even big fashion brands actually getting an entire group to be their ambassador? It’s usually one member generally because each members gives off different vibes. I’m sorry but Tzuyu has that talent and fits well. I don’t think you understand how JYP works where they only accept bundled or group offers.
